All Sales Are Final/No Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except for qualifying order issues as outlined below.
Food & Consumable Product Restrictions
Because we sell food and consumable products, merchandise cannot be physically returned once it has been shipped or delivered.
Damaged Products & Carrier Responsibility
Hal The Cajun Lady takes great care in packaging orders to help ensure products arrive safely and in good condition. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the package is subject to the carrier's handling and transportation process.
If an order arrives damaged and the damage appears to have occurred during transit, please contact our Customer Support team within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
Customers may be required to provide photographs of the damaged product, shipping box, interior packaging, and shipping label. Please do not discard the damaged product, shipping box, or packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed, as these items may be required to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Hal The Cajun Lady will review reported shipping damage and, when appropriate, may assist with or initiate a claim with the applicable shipping carrier.
Carrier Damage
Damage caused by the shipping carrier is subject to the carrier's claims process and investigation. Filing a damage claim does not automatically guarantee a refund or replacement.
Once the circumstances have been reviewed, Hal The Cajun Lady will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with this policy.
Damage to the exterior shipping box or packaging alone does not qualify for a refund or replacement if the products inside remain intact, sealed, safe, and usable.
If the damage resulted from an error by Hal The Cajun Lady rather than the shipping carrier, we will work directly with the customer to resolve the issue.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive your order and discover that an item is incorrect or missing, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at Support@HalTheCajunLady.com.
Please provide your order number and details regarding the missing or incorrect item. Our team will research the order and respond with a resolution within 72 hours.
Customer Reporting Timeframe
All claims involving damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Claims submitted after this 3-day period will not be honored.
Required Photos & Documentation
Customers must provide their order number and any documentation necessary to review the claim. Depending on the issue, this may include photographs of the product, shipping box, interior packaging materials, shipping label, and other relevant documentation.
Claims received without the required information will not be honored.
Approved Replacements & Refunds
Hal The Cajun Lady reserves the right to determine how qualifying claims are resolved, including replacement or refund when appropriate.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
We do not accept cancellations once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, or once it has shipped.
If a cancellation is requested before processing or fulfillment has been completed and the cancellation can be accommodated, a 20% cancellation/restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping Charges
Hal The Cajun Lady will cover applicable shipping costs if we confirm that an item was missing from your shipment, an incorrect item was shipped, or an item was damaged as a result of our packaging.
If an item was damaged by the shipping carrier, the damage is subject to the carrier's claims process.
